National Police station Benalmádena – Foreigner’s Office

If you live in Benalmádena, or surrounding areas, your NIE, EU residency application or TIE card appointment will be at the Foreigner’s Office (Extranjeria) of the National Police Station (Comisaria de Policia) in Benalmádena Arroyo de la Miel .

The address is:
Calle Las Flores, 6,
29631 Benalmádena
Here is a LINK to Google Maps.

Parking isn’t available in the same street so try and find a spot close to the local Carrefour supermarket. There is also an underground car park near the train station.

Benalmádena Arroyo de Miel train station is on the Cercanias line that runs between Málaga and Fuengirola, and is only a short walk from the Extranjería.

We normally like to meet with clients 10 minutes before the appointment time to go through the application process – and most importantly, don’t forget your passport!

As all appointments are in the morning, why not have a spot of lunch then go exploring the “other Benalmádenas” – Benalmádena Pueblo is up in the hills a bit with a pretty Old Town, while Benalmádena Costa has some great beaches and watering holes galore.

Paloma Park and Selwo Marina, two of our favourite places in Benalmádena, are less than a 15 minute walk from the Police Station or if you’ve got a head for heights, the cablecar is spectacular.
