When registering your vehicle in Spain, if you live in the Alicante area, the San Bartolome ITV station is one of the closest to Orihuela, Torrevieja, San Miguel de Salinas and surrounding areas. There’s another one down in Torrevieja, but it gets busier than this one, so we prefer to use this station to meet our clients.

Our service representative, Victoria, will meet you here. There is no need to pre-book an appointment at this station. So we will arrange a time to meet.

The station address is the following:

Estación nº 0303

Ctra. Orihuela – Almoradí, Km. 8,3

03314 SAN BARTOLOMÉ

ORIHUELA (Alicante)

España

Documents:

If you are meeting us because you are registering your vehicle in Spain, you must bring the following documents with you:

  • Passport
  • TIE or Residency card
  • Padron certificate dated within the last 90 day
  • Original vehicle documents
  • Certificate of conformity (we may have provided this already in the form of a ficha tecnica reducida)

Remember, before your vehicle passes the ITV test, it must be fully adjusted for left-hand drive. Check out this article for the most common problems with right-hand drive vehicles.

What happens next?

Once the test is passed, you will need to wait around 20 days for the documents to be produced by the ITV station. At this point, we will arrange to collect the documents and complete the registration.
