Padron – Alhaurin de la Torre – How to make an online appointment to register

If you just need an up to date Certificate (or Volante), you don’t need to make an appointment, just ring the Town Hall to arrange collection. If you need to register on the Padron for the first time though, you’ll need an appointment. See this article for the documents you’ll need to take with you.

Step 1 – Make Your Appointment online

The process for registering on the Padron for the first time starts with making an online appointment (cita previa) at the Town Hall here

On the first page, select “Reservar Cita”, and on the next page the “Tipo de Servicio” is “Alta o modificacion de padron” then click “Siguiente”

Step 2 – Calendar – Choose your preferred date and appointment time and click “Siguiente” again.

Step 3 – Contct Details – Complete your contact details as indicated, tick the box to accept the Privacy Policy and then “Siguiente” to go to the next page.

Step 4 – Check and Confirm – Check that you’re happy with the appointment details and click “Confirmar”. If you want to make changes, click “Cancelar” to go back a page.

Step 5 – Appointment made! Be sure to make a note of the Reference Number. You can print out a copy of the confirmation by clicking “Imprimir” at the bottom of the page.
