If you just need an up to date Certificate (or Volante), you don’t need to make an appointment, just ring the Town Hall to arrange collection. If you need to register on the Padron for the first time though, you’ll need an appointment. See this article for the documents you’ll need to take with you.
Step 1 – Make Your Appointment online
The process for registering on the Padron for the first time starts with making an online appointment (cita previa) at the Town Hall here.
On the first page, select “Reservar Cita”, and on the next page the “Tipo de Servicio” is “Alta o modificacion de padron” then click “Siguiente”
