Spanish Consulate in Edinburgh

In order to live, work or retire in Spain, UK passport holders need to apply for a visa via one of the Spanish Consulates in the UK – each Consulate covers a specific area of the country

If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the northern counties of England (Cleveland, Cumbria, Durham, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear/Tees Valley) your Spanish consulate is in Edinburgh.

IMPORTANT:

Although it will be the Edinburgh Consulate that will process your visa, for the visa application appointment itself you’ll need to visit a different office – BLS International.

You’ll only need to visit the Consulate if you choose the option to collect your visas rather rather than having your passports posted to you.
