Upsticks is proud to have been one of the key sponsors of Internacionales Mollina WFC for the past three years and we’re delighted to continue that support into 2025. What started with sponsoring their away kit has grown into a long-standing relationship, and this year we’re also backing the upcoming Walking Football World Nations Cup in Alicante. You can read more about that here: Walking Football World Nations Cup 2025 Comes to Spain.
Internacionales Mollina WFC may only have been founded in 2023, but they’ve already built a strong reputation. The club trains twice a week at the Mollina Sports Ground and competes in regional competitions such as the Andalucía Walking Football League. Several of their players have even gone on to represent Spain at the international level. The Mollina goalkeeper, for example, is also the goalkeeper for the Spanish national walking football team – a fantastic achievement that shows just how high the level is here.
If you’re nearby, come along, cheer on the players and be part of what is set to be another memorable tournament in Mollina.
